1. BOOKING AND RESERVATION:
• All reservations are subject to availability
• Full payment may be required in advance for certain promotional rates or during peak seasons.
• Any promotional rates or coupons must be showed or submitted at the front desk upon arrival.
2. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND:
• Cancellation policies vary based on the type of reservation and season. Guests are advised to review specific cancellation terms during the booking process.
• Cancellations made 5 days prior to the arrival date will incur full charges paid during reservation.
• Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of reservation.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
• Reservation can be rescheduled for a period of up to 60 days from the original reservation date.
3. RESORT POLICY:
• Guests must possess valid admission tickets for entry. Tickets are nontransferable and non-refundable.
• Ticket/Coupons once purchased for all paid activities inside the resort premises are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Guest must always be wearing the entry bands provided at front desk upon arrival/check-in. Entry without band would be restricted.
• Resort hours are subject to change without notice. Guests are encouraged to check the official schedule for the most up-to-date information.
• Some attractions may have age, height, or health restrictions. Guests must adhere to posted guidelines for safety reasons.
• Admission tickets are valid only for the specified date(s). Expired or unused tickets will not be honoured.
• The resort is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Replacement tickets may be issued at the discretion of the resort, subject to verification.
• The resort operates as an experiential village, where all activities are exclusively conducted on-site. Guests have the option to acquire materials by making a purchase.
• Photography and filming for personal use are generally allowed. Professional equipment and commercial photography require prior approval.
• Outside food and beverages may not be brought into the resort. Exceptions may be made for dietary restrictions; contact resort management for approval.
• Smoking is prohibited in designated non-smoking areas. Guests are asked to use designated smoking zones.
• Resort is committed to providing a positive experience for all guests.
• Special accommodations may be available for guests with disabilities; contact guest services for assistance.
• Some experiences/attractions may close temporarily due to inclement weather.
• No refunds or rain checks will be issued for weather-related closures.
• Exchanges may be considered under exceptional circumstances, subject to resort management approval.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Lockers may be available for secure storage; depository fees may apply.
• Resort reserves the right to close Experiences/Attractions or the entire resort for maintenance, safety, or other reasons.
• Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the resort without a refund.
• The resort retains the discretion to refuse booking or check-in under circumstances that are deemed unusual or unforeseen.
• The resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
• Illegal activities, including the use of prohibited substances, are strictly prohibited.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the resort property during their stay.
4. PAYMENT:
• VISA / RuPAY (Debit/Credit) cards, UPI, Cash are accepted.
• Personal cheques are not accepted for reservations.
• For all payments made in cheque, the cheque must be deposited 6 days prior to the arrival date excluding public/bank holidays.
5. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
• Overnight Stay: Check-in time is after 1:30 PM, and check-out time is 10:30 AM.
• One-Day Picnic/Trip: Check-in time is 9:00 AM, and check-out time is 6:00 PM.
• Check-out entails the guest’s departure from the property. Should an extension be desired, additional charges of Rs.900/- per person be incurred to allow for an extended stay until 6:00 PM (Resort closing time).
• Full payment must be made at Reception on the day of Arrival upon Check-in.
• Guests arriving before the official check-in time are welcome to enter the property after completing the check-in procedures. However, room assignments will be provided strictly at the specified check-in time.
• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. OCCUPANCY:
• Room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional charges may apply for extra guests.
• Children [under 5 years] stay free when sharing a room with paying adults.
• The maximum occupancy for each room type must be adhered to for safety and comfort reasons.
7. ROOM AND AMENITIES:
• Room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens are provided for the duration of the stay. Tooth brush and paste will be provided upon request. We do not provide shaving kits in rooms.
• Guests are encouraged to report any missing or damaged items to the front desk promptly.
• Room amenities are intended for in-room use only and are not to be removed from the premises.
• In-room appliances and electronics, including but not limited to televisions, are property of the resort.
• Any missing or damaged items intentional/unintentional may be subject to replacement charges.
• In-room safes are provided for the security of valuable belongings.
• The resort is not liable for any loss of money, jewellery, or valuables incurred due to failure to utilise the in-room safe.
• Daily housekeeping is provided to maintain cleanliness and replenish amenities.
• Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused to the room or its contents during their stay.
8. NON-PROVISION OF IN-ROOM DINING:
• Please be advised that our establishment does not offer in-room dining or room service for food delivery.
9. AGE REQUIREMENT:
• Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
10. NOISE AND DISTURBANCE:
• Guests are expected to be considerate of others.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:30 PM to 8:30 AM.
11. AMENITIES AND SERVICES:
• The availability of amenities and services may be subject to seasonal changes or maintenance.
• The resort reserves the right to modify or withdraw any facility without prior notice.
12. FORCE MAJEURE:
• The resort is not responsible for unforeseen events or circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or government actions.
13. PRIVACY POLICY:
• The resort respects the privacy of its guests. Personal information provided during the reservation process is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
14. PET POLICY:
• Our resort welcomes guests with well-behaved pets in designated pet-friendly accommodations.
• Please specify your intention to bring a pet when making a reservation.
• We generally accommodate small to medium-sized pets, with a limit of 01 pets per room.
• Larger pets or additional pets may be allowed at the discretion of the management.
• Charges may apply for any damages caused by the pet.
• Guests are expected to keep their pets on a leash in common areas.
• Pets should not be left unattended in guest rooms.
• Owners are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not create excessive noise or disturb other guests.
• If a pet is deemed disruptive, the resort reserves the right to request the removal of the pet.
• Owners must promptly clean up after their pets on resort property.
• Use the nearest Dustbins for waste disposal.
• Pets should be in good health and up-to-date on vaccinations.
• Proof of current vaccinations may be requested upon check-in.
• Owners are liable for any injuries or damages caused by their pets.
• Resort is not responsible for any harm caused by pets to other guests or resort staff.
• Restaurant & Swimming Pool areas of the resort may be restricted to pets for safety or hygiene reasons. Please adhere to posted guidelines.
15. SWIMMING POOL/RAIN DANCE POLICY:
• The swimming pool is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily.
• Operating hours may be subject to change, and any adjustments will be communicated in advance.
• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• Lifeguards are present for general supervision, but ultimate responsibility for personal safety rests with the guests.
• Appropriate swim attire is required at all times.
• Guests with open wounds, infections, or illnesses are requested to refrain from using the pool.
• Showering before entering the pool is mandatory.
• No outside food or beverages are allowed in the pool area.
• Diving is strictly prohibited in the pool.
• Running or any form of horseplay around the pool area is discouraged for safety reasons.
• Glass containers and other breakable items are prohibited in the pool area.
• The pool may be closed temporarily for maintenance, cleaning, or inclement weather.
• The resort reserves the right to close the pool at any time for safety reasons.
• Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner.
• Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the pool area.
• The resort is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or lost items in the pool area.
• Use of the pool is at the guest’s own risk.
16. ADVENTURE ACTIVITY POLICY:
• Participants must meet any specified age, health, or fitness requirements for the adventure activity.
• Pregnant individuals and those with certain medical conditions may be advised against participation.
• All participants are required to attend a safety briefing before engaging in the adventure activity.
• Strict adherence to safety guidelines and instructions from guides or instructors is mandatory.
• Participation in adventure activities involves inherent risks, and participants voluntarily assume all such risks. The resort is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the activity.
• The resort reserves the right to cancel or modify adventure activities due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds for canceled activities will be processed according to the resort’s refund policy.
• Participants must wear appropriate attire and use provided safety equipment as instructed.
• Participants should disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns to activity facilitators. Some adventure activities may have restrictions based on health considerations.
• Outdoor adventure activities are weather-dependent, and changes may be made based on prevailing conditions. The resort reserves the right to alter or cancel activities for safety reasons in adverse weather conditions.
• Use of the adventure activity is at the participant’s own risk.
17. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS:
• These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Any modifications will be communicated effectively.
